Pricing

Free apps. We only make money when you do.

No monthly fee, no setup fee, no contract and no hardware to buy. When you make a card sale, we take about 9¢ — and you can see exactly what it is before your first customer pays.

All five apps

Payments, Invoice, CRM, nearvise and Connect — free to download and use, on iPhone, iPad and Android.

Your own devices

Your phone, an old iPhone, an iPad or an Android tablet collecting dust can be the register, the customer screen or the kiosk.

Your website

A menu or shop site with online ordering and hosting, built from the items in your register.

Cash and Zelle

We never charge on cash or Zelle sales. Only card sales carry a fee.

Set it up your way — one phone, a phone plus a customer screen, a self-order kiosk, your website, or all of them. See the ways to run it.

Card fees

Two ways to take cards. Pick one.

Card payments run on Stripe, which charges 2.9% + 30¢ for most US cards. Our part is about 9¢ a sale — and we show it to you before your first customer pays.

nearvise payments

Easiest

For most businesses. We set up card payments for you and send your money to your bank.

2.99% + 39¢

per card sale, all in: Stripe’s 2.9% + 30¢, plus 0.09% + 9¢ to nearvise

  • No Stripe account of your own needed
  • Deposits on the 1st and 15th, or daily for a small fee
  • Every deposit reconciled line by line: sales, refunds, fees
  • Where the law allows, the fee is added to your customer’s total

Your own Stripe

Lowest cost

Already have Stripe, or want it paid straight to you? Link your account in a few taps.

9¢

per card sale to nearvise, plus Stripe’s own processing fee

  • Stripe pays you directly, on your Stripe schedule
  • Your Stripe dashboard, your Stripe statements
  • A statement of nearvise fees on the 1st and 15th
  • Our part stays a flat 9¢, whatever the sale

What’s our 9¢ for?

Keeping the lights on — the apps, your free website, support — and, with nearvise payments, looking after your money: every card sale, refund and fee matched to a deposit, and deposits sent to your bank on time. On a $25 sale, our part of the 2.99% + 39¢ is about 11¢.

New to Stripe? Your first deposit takes longer.

A first payout from Stripe can take 7–14 business days while Stripe verifies your business. That’s how Stripe works for every new account — nearvise isn’t holding your money. After that, deposits follow the normal schedule.
