nearvise Invoice
Estimates out, money in.
nearvise Invoice is for work you schedule, quote and bill: recurring jobs assigned to you or your staff, estimates customers approve from a link, invoices that build themselves as visits are done, and a dashboard that shows who owes you.
Step by step
Getting started
- 1
Sign up and set up your business
The same quick setup as Payments: your business, address, sales tax and how you take cards.
- 2
Add clients and items
Add them by hand, pick clients from your contacts, or import a spreadsheet (templates included) or a photo.
- 3
Schedule the work
Give each client their service days and assign the job to a staff member or yourself. Everyone sees the day’s jobs, and the dashboard shows the weather.
- 4
Send an estimate
Your client opens the link, sees the estimate and approves it. An approved estimate becomes an invoice.
- 5
Invoice and get paid
Send by email or text, with a PDF, and ask for a deposit up front if you like. Clients pay by card online, and statuses update themselves: unpaid, partial, deposit paid, paid.
- 6
Keep the books tidy
Connect QuickBooks Online to send paid invoices, clients and payments across automatically.

Next
When you’re ready for more
- Invoices that write themselves
- Turn on auto invoice for a client: each completed visit adds that day’s line to their draft invoice. Bill per completed job, weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
- Staff on the road
- Add your workers as staff. They see only the jobs assigned to them, mark each visit done (or not done, with a reason), and you can text each one their schedule for the day.
- Discounts
- Save discounts you use often and add them to any invoice.
- Reports
- Billed, collected, past due, days to get paid, top clients and who owes you. Large reports arrive by email.
