nearvise CRM
Know your regulars.
nearvise CRM builds your customer book for you from what your business already does in nearvise — no data entry needed. It’s for owners only; staff never see it.
Step by step
Getting started
- 1
Sign in with your business account
Use the same account as Payments or Invoice. Your customers are already there.
- 2
See everyone in one place
Each customer combines register sales, website orders, invoices and waitlist visits, matched by phone or email.
- 3
Filter by group
VIP, New, Regular, At risk, Lapsed or No visits yet — and by in store, online or invoiced.
- 4
Open a customer
Their contact details, what they spend by channel, every sale and invoice, plus your private notes and tags.
- 5
Check the reports
Online vs store, new vs returning, top customers, lapsed, busy times, best sellers and more.
- 6
Export when you need it
Ask for the full list and it’s emailed to you as a spreadsheet.
